About Penntree Pallets

Penntree Pallets have established themselves as a leading supplier of re-furbished pallets, bespoke pallets and waste pallet collections. Penntree provide their products & services to businesses and consumers across the Midlands & UK South West.

Their early experience of Blazen Web Marketing

“I found Blazen Web Marketing’s details on a Google search and I can’t remember the other companies I contacted but they didn’t seem particularly interested or failed to call back whereas Mark certainly took a positive quick approach to it. There were no issues with getting Mark on board.”
“As soon as the new website went live, the number of visitors and the number of enquiries certainly increased without a shadow of doubt. As did the number of telephone calls.”Mike Hicks, General Manager, Penntree Pallets

OLD vs NEW WEBSITES

“Our old website was certainly rather aged and whilst it was quite crisp some years before, we now needed something modern and easy to use. We were certainly in Mark’s hands with the new website. It was his recommendation to use the format we did to make it easy to navigate, to make it easy for users to gain access to.”
“I think, realistically, what we did notice as soon as the new website went live was that the number of visitors and the number of enquiries certainly increased without a shadow of doubt. As did the number of telephone calls. It’s difficult to put a number to the phone calls we had but certainly there’s been an awful lot more enquiries.”

The Power of Copywriting

“A lot of the terminology that we’ve used on the website has been improved by Blazen Web Marketing. Mark’s advised us to focus on key benefits such as speedy response, quality, same day/next day service, a good price product etc. Putting more focus on benefits has certainly helped to increase both telephone and website enquiries.”
“the amount of questions we now get via on the enquiry page or asking for a call back, has probably increased 40-50%”Mike Hicks

How has the website performed?

I would seriously suggest the amount of questions we now get via on the enquiry page or asking for a call back, has probably increased 40-50% and that is a genuine feel for that. In terms of the quality of those enquiries, we are certainly converting towards 30%. The type of enquiries that have come through have been from quite a range of customers, from private individuals wanting 8 or 10 pallets at a time, businesses wanting quantities of 40s, 200s and we’ve had a couple of good bulk enquiries for 10,000 pallets, one of which turned into a customer.
